“Tucson Media Partners, along with our partner Energage, are pleased to honor and recognize select local organizations in the inaugural Tucson Top Workplaces awards. Since 2006, Energage has surveyed more than 27 million employees at more than 70,000 organizations nationwide. For 2023, more than 400 companies in the Tucson area were invited to participate. From January to May, 2,754 area employees had the opportunity to deliver feedback about their employers, and 1,693 of them responded, a 61% response rate. A 24-question survey measured worker opinions on such factors as leadership, values, direction, motivation, appreciation, pay, benefits, and work/life balance. When Energage evaluated results, 21 Tucson-area organizations exceeded benchmarks that qualified them as Top Workplaces. Energage also determined a list of special awards based on standout scores on specific survey statements.”
