Feed Your Mind At Any Age; Continuing Education for Tucson Seniors

Though much of the “health” conversation focuses on exercise and healthy lifestyle habits, our health depends on our mental capabilities as well.

A growing body of research demonstrates that continued learning is one of the best preventions for memory loss in older adults. Therefore, it is vital that seniors continue to work out their brain muscles! A classroom setting is a wonderful opportunity to connect with new friends who have a shared interest while stimulating your mind with new skills and information. We are fortunate to be in a great city with access to a wealth of educational opportunities and events.
