Flexible Scheduling
Choose from 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts.
Competitive Pay Rates
Earn $16.50 – $20.00 per hour based on shift type.
- Work weekends and earn $17.50 – $19.00/hr.

We pay based on shift and availability to work, from non-certified caregivers at $16.50 – $17.50/hr. to state-certified caregivers at $17.50 – $18.50/hr.

This is a daytime position only! Must be available to work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
* Must have professional experience and/or training in Advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia!
* Must have professional experience working as a caregiver with Seniors in home care.
- Must be able and willing to work with any of our clients including those who have pets, those that may be on Hospice, have psychological problems such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other medical conditions.
- Must have a suitable automobile to transport frail clients, and must be willing to travel to any location.
- This position also includes occasional fill-in’s at Hacienda at the Canyon, which includes working with multiple clients per day.

Part-time Caregiver $20.00
Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support one of our clients located on the NE side of Tucson! The ideal candidate will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensure the client’s safety, and promote daily enrichment through engaging activities and community outings.
Pay: $20/hr
Workdays: Saturday – Monday 7am – 2pm. Ideal applicants are available both Saturdays and Sundays, with the option to take on extra days that fit their availability!
Location: Northeast/Foothills and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all ADLs
- Assist with medication reminders
- Companionship
- Take client out around the community
- Must be able/willing to transport client in caregiver’s vehicle
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver in home-care
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and fall prevention strategies
- Patience, empathy, and a kind demeanor are essential
